xMETAR Full (by spectrun). The Real Time Weather System for MSFS. xMETAR Full (by spectrun) allows obtaining Real Weather within the MSFS using updated information of the current location of the aircraft. This information is applied immediately every few seconds without having to stop the flight. Modifying clouds, wind, temperature and weather conditions such as rain, snow. Among other features,.. Continually adding improvements and features Nice, cheap and easy to use😀 Official Site: xMETAR (by spectrun)

I have had the NGX for a while, but have only recently been able to build a system to handle her. At this point, It has become the NGX (not FSX running the NGX) I just can't think of flying anything else, but my matrix, my construct is lacking. I use several programs to prepare for flight. . . Simbrief, for a wonderful dispatch with fuel numbers dead on, and time as well, as long as the suggested CI is used. FSRealWX for winds and other weather. FS Flight Keeper as a log book. and of course, FSUIPC (though unregistered) The problem I have is three different winds, and none of which actually match up to what I'm seeing aloft. I don't have the ability to get winds aloft from FSRealWX, and the other two not only disagree, but disagree sometimes by as much as 90 degrees and 30knts. My budget has been overextended, but I would really like to have numbers to plug in that would at least be close. I would really appreciate any suggestion other NGX drivers may have. Thanks. 1. Hello. Does anyone know if there are any good/compatible soundset addons for the pmdg 737? Allthough its a great addon and generally I think the sound enviroment is cool I would sometimes like to here some "shaking and squeething" sounds in the cocpit for example when penetrating rough turbulence? I think in real world turbulence causes that kind of sounds (at least in the passenger cabin:)). 2. Another question regardin flying through turbulence: What would be the correct procedure? If there is heavy turbulence and airspeed bounces, should I disconnect the autothrottle and maintain manually a little bit slower airspeed? How much slower? (I use AS2012 for weather) Thanks!

Hey guys, So I am having a problem with the NGX. It seems whenever the winds are not constant, for example blowing at 270/30 but not staying at 30 knotts cycling between 30-35 knotts for example, the NGX has real trouble staying on course. I have the wind smoothing selected in FSUIPC. I am using REX Essentials. Any idea how to fix it? Kind Regards, Dan

Recently (about 10-15 flights ago), I switched from calm weather, to real-time real weather, using REX-2's weather engine. However, most of the times, especially at high altitudes (cruising altitude), I have immensenly strong winds - ranging between 50-70 knots (we are talking about almost 100-140 km/h here). And they also change very rapidly, both in speed and direction.Last time I checked, Europe didn't have any tropical storms (many times that this occured, I was flying in nothern europe). Is there a way to prevent this? To limit the wind speed, and the rate of its speed and direction change? As I said, I'm using REX-2's real-time real weather engine, and I also have a registered FSUIPC4, if that can help (I've noticed it has some wind options, but nothing I put there made any difference).
