XP11 Steam Release in February

Recommended Posts

Dont like XP on steam, updates take too long.

You don't like XPlane under any circumstances.

yeah its an inherent problem they have because it is released through aerosoft.  So they need to compile it, send it to aerosoft, they need to upload it to steam verify and then it gets published. Thats why they dont want to do it too often ;)

Incorrect.

Been flying it off and on since XP9.  Might even get XP11.

But Im not a ###### about it and clearly understand its continuing limitations.

Don't worry, it looks like eventually it will turn 64 bit...wait...you meant PR3D didn't you?

Haha, I am a big fan of XP for my GA flying and the 64 bit is a bonus.

Austin just needs to work on AI jets.

Anyway, Steam release date means they're planning to finish beta cycle in a couple of months or less, considering you have to pack files, send them to Steam...

Yep, that was my first thought too: within a one or maybe two months we will be out of beta. Although of course being out of beta doesn't necessarily mean the program is finished...

Like and maybe more than Pr3D, XP is never finished.

And I am happy with that. I never liked how 'finished' FSX was... ;)
