August 9, 200619 yr Hi Guys,I just got this note from gamespot.com about downloading the FSX single player demo tonight. I believe it's the mission based portion of FSX. See the link below:http://www.gamespot.com/promos/2006/flight...demo/index.html- John - John Drago
August 9, 200619 yr I wanna download it so bad but the servers will be jammed packed over at gamespot it'd literally take about 24 hours to download the demo *crys*
August 9, 200619 yr If someone does happen to get it, could you put it up as a torrent? It would make things much easier.
August 10, 200619 yr I have a list of alternate download sites in the FSX forum. It's not up on p-bay or Filerush yet though, so no torrents or seeders.
August 10, 200619 yr Forget gamespot, try Microsofts' site http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimul.../downloads.htmlpresently downloading at 400 KBs...Martin Martin Bunjes
August 10, 200619 yr Hi all,I've heard that there would be two versions of Flight Simulator X, a standard and the deluxe. Does anyone know what the difference would be? Ken.
August 10, 200619 yr YIKES!!! It's looking GREAT! Performance is good though! But without the PMDG 744...no FSX!!!
August 10, 200619 yr http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimul...oduct_info.htmlI'll go for the deLuxe when released.

August 11, 200619 yr >http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimul...oduct_info.html>>I'll go for the deLuxe when released. Thanks Johan. I see the difference. I'll definitely go for the deluxe version. By they way, since these are DVDs, is a DVD ROM required? I don't think a DVD will work on a regular CD ROM.Ken.
