October 18, 200718 yr I know this is a stupid question, so please do not get mad at me. Will the 747-400X be Vista compatible?

October 19, 200718 yr Commercial Member >I have the open cockpits MCP is it going to be possible to>write script to interact with the 74X? If not please consider>this in the development of your 737NG.Usually if a hardware company will send Lefteris a unit for testing, he'll make the plane work with it. Companies who have actually done that for us are few and far between however. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
October 19, 200718 yr Hello, Wonderful that the Queen is nearing release. I have been following the development and posts around this forum for a long time. I must give cred to the PMDG team for sticking with their policies. I work in a large automotive company, and I can tell you, we never give any hints to anybody regarding things that can have a negative business impact. I have two question though, many folks around here are system and process oriented. But you eat with both eye and mouth. Have you concider any new effects? like realistic spray from engines when wet runway, heat effect, vapor on wings upon take off ect. Second, one of the things with flight sim that I find most urealisic is the apperance of the aircraft regarding to weight, the default 737 looks like it weighs as much like a paper plane. In real life the shock absorbers sway more than one time upon landing. I miss the feel of the plane shaking and cracking during taxi. The feel that the 747-400 for example really weighs 400 tonnes. Is this due to limitations in FSX/FS9 or is it just hard to develop? Thanks for super products!Best regardsJohan Johan Gothenburg of Sweden Specs: Intel Core 2 duo 3,33 Ghz | Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTS 512MB | 4GB (2X2GB) DDR3 | Samsung 24" LCD | Windows Vista x64
October 19, 200718 yr Hello PMDG teamOnly a short question:Do you'll publish a test with a single core processor (P4, 3.2 GHz), with 2 GB RAM, too?Thanks a lot!Best regardsMarcel
October 19, 200718 yr uhm, am just wondering, how is the wing flex ?is it like the defualt 747 ( which is wonderful ) ?Ali
October 19, 200718 yr >call from crew scheduling sometime after next weekend. ;-)>>crew scheduling calling is not fun at all
October 19, 200718 yr Commercial Member >uhm, am just wondering, how is the wing flex ?>is it like the defualt 747 ( which is wonderful ) ?The wingflex is completely smooth now and basically looks like the real thing - the FS9's had to be segmented into 3 parts due to the way the animation system worked. The flex looks really good in FSX. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

October 20, 200718 yr AEROSOFT allready advertise the CD cost at Euro 59.99 and a possible release date around Xmas.
October 20, 200718 yr Commercial Member >so when the sun reflects the wings, the 3 segmeted parts won't>appear ?Correct, the wings now use a "bone" system that flexes realistically as a whole. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
October 20, 200718 yr Commercial Member Michael-Aerosoft has been estimating a release for the CD version for nearly a year now... We have not discussed pricing OR release ETA information with them in great details- so any pricing or date information is purely speculative and should not be given much credit for accuracy.
