I haven't been able to fly much since this new release, but the few flights I have completed were great! I'm loving the low ceiling fix, and the transition from cloud base to haze has been very realistic.Awesome works guys!

Leave it me to ask the dumb questions. I noted that there are three 512X512X32 Texture Sets listed - Parts 1,2 and 3. Does that mean that all three should be downloaded and installed? I assumed that the textures were divided up due to size. This may have been explained in the documentation, but I must have missed it.

>Hi,>>Before using the F12 a second time, you must turn off Active>Radar with the green dot.>>Hope this helps,>Jim>ActiveSky Sales and Support>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpgI noticed in the last day or two ( just installed ASV enhanced) that I have lost my Active Radar display. I get the correct current weather and wind indiation in the text display on Active Radar. Besides installing the ASV Enhanced, I also upgraded to FSUIPC 3.5 registered around the same time. I had previously lost my Active Radar display a couple of months ago and had run a "repair" on the latest upgrade which fixed it. I did this again , this morning, prior to going to work and didn't have time to check it out yet. I also copied the new FSUIPC 3.5 into the ASV directory as mentioned in another post, prior to running the repair, but it seemed to have no effect on the problem. Here is my question, is there something that happens when you upgrade your ASV version that could cause the Active Radar function to suddenly not work , or is this just a random file glitch that could happen at any time? By the way, the new Vertical air current generation works great, and it makes hand flying the ILS with my LevelD 767 a real attention getter :)

>Hi Bob,>>For some it seems to happen on an Update. We have not been>able to reproduce or duplicate this. Usually a Repair works,>but some have needed a full reinstall. Please let us know!>>Hope this helps,>Jim>ActiveSky Sales and Support>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpgWell I got home and it still didn't work. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled all the updates to ASV.. Still NG :( Now I uninstalled ASV and reinstalled it ( luckily I could find my order number) and Success..... The Radar works again. I hope I did this correctly. I reinstalled ASV and then I installed only the latest ASV enhanced....... everything seems to be working OK......

After using ASV for the last few days, I am just amazed. This software is absolutely worth every penny. Great job guys!KP
