LOL, painting is a whole lot easier that what you can do already. Hope Bob can help you out, would love that paint also.

Your right it maybe easier, but until I either read a good tutorial on how to do it, it seems really difficult. Especially the parts about layers, specular stuff, etc. I get confused after just a few minutes of reading about that stuff.On a side note I went to register at the other site to try and contact Banana Bob to see if he would be interested in doing that paint. However, something seems to be wrong with the registration page where the scrambled ID is that you have to enter to register. Until, thats fixed I will have to wait. If I can get someone to repaint the CareFlight scheme I will let you know, or maybe if I have a lot of spare time I will try to figure it out myself.

Opening the side doors requies you to click and drag on the door panel. Pretty nifty.I had problems initially, where the gear box oil pressure would red line a few seconds after engine start. Product support was prompt and courteous, and solved my problem pretty easily -- turns out that by starting the sim in Free Flight with the default Cessna (as some complex add-ons require), I wasn't allowing the B412 to initialize properly. By selecting it from the Free Flight GUI before going into the sim, I got it to work perfectly.As was posted earlier, this is an easy-to fly helicopter -- lots of fun, and beautifully rendered. WELL worth the price!

I finally got the side doors open, lol. I didn't realize you had to drag the mouse.I agree, I like it a lot. Pretty easy to fly, but yet not too easy if that makes sense. Now I just need more paints. I hope to find or have someone paint the Miami Dade fire dept scheme that they use in real life and also a fictional CareFlight paint. Hopefully some paints will start turning up in the next few weeks.One thing I don't like is the interior night lighting. Seems that there is no dome light even when it's turned on. Make the overhead and center panel hard to read at night.Would also be cool if there were some mission packs for it to utilize the bambi bucket and cargo drop, maybe a a model with floats as well.

Has anyone tried this other chopper? CH-SA315-Lama-x It looks like a real nice one with good systems. I've been thinking about picking it up for a while now. It has both FS9 and FSX versions in the package.Bob

From the screenshots, the VC doesn't look all that good/detailed/realistic and the people in the exterior view look a little off. Seems to have some neat features, but it just doesn't do it for me visually.
