Thanks everyone for your help. Running the registry repair tool as administrator made the difference. I had run it before with no effecr but Dan's clue to run it as administrator was the key. So if you have tracking errors and are using Vista the repair tool must be run as administrator to be effective.Eric

Glad you caught that.. sometimes working with the nanny-protection features of the OS is a real pain, but I guess we need to get used to it.

Hey I was over at the Vatsim forums and ran across this.  I have been having the same problem too, at certian airports.  But the link to repair isn't active.  Is this the correct link or is it the one posted earlier from flight1so?
