I am running ground environment pro, Im not sure if this program changes the tree textures but i was wondering what would you recommend for a replacment tree texture.Im in the process of installing all the little things that make fs look good and thought i would get your opinion on the tree department.ThanksGerry

Me too :( , just doing a complete fresh reinstall of fs9 and often wondered if there are any good replacement trees that stand out a bit more!!Chris

Howard's trees is a good one ( treeswap.zip).You can get it at www.flightsim.com . I've tried a few, and it's the best I found.I've been flying using the fall tree textures.The fall tree textures provide some nice color.

I use natural World Trees (payware). Best one i've personally seen, although I don't think I've ever tried Fengz. If they are anywhere near as good as his screen shots, I'd def give them a try.

Feng's are the best, they add two trees in stead of one, so more trees, without placing two trees.. just try it!

FS2004 (ACOF) - Misc. FS2004 TreeGen[ Download | View ] Name: treegen.zip Size: 2,774,390 Date: 04-26-2006 Downloads: 10,641 FS2004 TreeGen v1.0. The default trees are oversized and too sparse. As a result, they never create a believable tree-line, or give you the sense of mass and density. Here, the trees have been reduced in size by 40% while the numbers have been increased. There is no performance hit at all. In fact, you should get better performance because these files are at half the size compared to the original. All seasons are included. By Feng Zhu.
