wish it were available from a different retailer then ... simmarket is out of the question due to its insulting no-returns and limited download policy, and fs pilotshop seems to have problems with keys and credit cards more often than not. it such a great a/c but I won't buy it from either of these retailers.

I've never had an issue from either of them.If I had to pick, I'd go with FSPilotShop - just wait for them to get the key thing sorted. You can't pass up the L39 if you fly FSX.

Hey Mike,I don't understand. :( I just downloaded and had a first flight with the new 1.3 version of the L-39. I don't know how it is possible to have such a convincingly real simulation aircraft let FSX run so fast. It must be at least 5 to 10 FPS faster than my other payware and default aircraft. For some reason this new version is really FPS friendly, even more so than the previous one. Is this because there is less airplane or what? It seems even better looking and more detailed than the last, so what gives? Anyway, however it's done, this thing is a blast to fly! Thanks!Stephen

Thanks very much Stephen! The slight peformance improvement mostly comes from totally redone and much more efficient rain effects, they're much lighter on the hardware now, whether it's actually raining or not. There were a few other optimizations as well, inside and out.Cheers!-Mike

I have logged in at simmarket to redownload, but it just seems to allow me to pay again, (which i dont want to do, obviously!!) any trick to this? mark
