The issue was also whether a defendant can copy a "substantial part" where he regularly takes a small amount of material from the protected work (the "little and often" case). The word "substantial is in the Act.In upholding the conviction, the Court held that "the game as a whole is not the sole subject of copyright. The various drawings that result in the images shown on the television screen or monitor are themselves artistic works protected by copyright. 1024bit or higher is not currently in the 'realm' of computing power to crack... by any agency. Unless you're using a specific encryption process that has an inherent weakness. Public/private key-based systems are still the best... especially at 1024bit or higher.
