Boeing 737-200 current operators

Featured Replies

I've been trying to find a list of all current 737-200 operators. So far I have found Aerosvit and Aerosur, but I can't find any more. The reason I want to know, is that I want to make repaints for the Aerosim 737-200 model, but I mainly want to do repaints of airlines that still operate the 737-200. If anybody can refer me to a list that only shows current 737-200 operators, I'd be most grateful.

I don't know where I would be able to find a list but I know a little bit which might help you. The VIP charter airline Sky King currently operates several 737-200 aircraft all in a generally similar private-style paint scheme but with different color variations. I also know Bahamasair still operates the 737-200 into Orlando but I don't know how much longer they will be doing so.Also if you check photo websites like Airliners.net or JetPhotos.net you can find recent pictures of 737-200s in operation and determine who is using them, there are several that neither you or I might have thought of. :(

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Boeing_737_operatorsAfter you decipher the list, it's pretty neat.*edit* Oops, you said only current. This has all the current operators as well as past operators. If the aircraft isn't in service anymore, it is mentioned in the notes column.

This may not help much, but recently I discovered that QANTAS has or had a Level D, Full Motion simulator for the 737-300. What really surprised me is that the visual display was multiple monitors. Six of them to be precise, in the Model SP-1T mfd. by Evans & Sutherland, who, I now believe are out of the simulator business.Alex Reid

Plainplane: A grand idea! Thanks!witizei: Thanks for those! I didn't know Air Inuit operates 732s. I will certainly make a repaint to honor their presence.ZachLW: I ahd already been over Wiki's list, but the problem with it, is that it's hard to decipher who currently operates what 737 version. Hence I started this thread, because I was unsure how to proceed. Still, thanks for trying to help!
