FSX vSync FIX

So far, for me, the only tweak that helps to reduce tearing is setting the Nvidia Inspector "Vertical Sync Tear Control" to "Standard" and setting the "Vertical Sync" to "Force on" and in my fsx.cfg file I have added "ForceFullScreenVSync=1".  I swear this only works while viewing in FULLSCREEN, even though I also have added "ForceWindowedVSync=1"....

I have really really tried the "1/2 Refresh Rate" setting but get no reduction in tearing....so...who knows?
