Thanks for the heads up Stephen :( Flying right now with these drivers, performance and quality are at least as good as with the 257.15 ones on my rig (see signature below).And yes, Nick's tweaked profile and procedure works with these drivers as well so no need to wait for Nhancer to be updated. Go for it :(

As these were released for XP 64 as well, I wonder if the 4XX series cards would work with this driver and XP64 :(-PaulI would also love to see FS with this applied ;) •Adds support for new extreme Antialiasing modes for 3-way SLI PCs, including up to SLI48x AA for GeForce 200 series GPUs and up to SLI96x AA for GeForce GTX 400 series GPUs.

It seems OK, no different than the Beta actually, as far as I can tell. I am sure the drivers will get better and better for the 400 series.Stephen

I cannot make work NHancrt with 257 driver. I have Nick's NHahcer profile/Global settings . I Exporedt and Imported Nick's profile. It didn't activate the NHancer. What is "NickN nhancer cheater fix "?Thanks

I installed them today, right over the beta, and had no problems. The WHQL looks as good as it performs. The '257' series is a smash hit!

For those that didn't know (ah that would be me included), I found that win7 reverted back to the previoulsly installed vid driver when I performed an "uninstall a program". In XP if I recall correctly, removing the vid driver cause one to revert back to the plain vanilla default vga driver. Nice.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Just to let you know that for some time, nVidia install routines now remove the previous driver before installing the new target one. You don't need to now 'remove' the previous as you found out with W7's own routine. You just fire up the latest and greatest and then reboot, if the install routine does not do it for you. You are then set to go. Remember to reapply Nick's 'cheat' again with the new driver suite.
