July 20, 201015 yr I've attached the screenshot I refered to in my previous post about large queues and aircraft turning to the end of the runway, doing a U-turn and then taking off.See what you think. You can just see a KLM Fokker jet heading towards the Rwy6 thresh-hold.AdamLol to begin with in real life this one is very rare used for takeoff (only during night but then again very rare)...So the bgl file is in this respect so wrong : :( As for this problem easy to solve just to change the start position in the bgl fileCheers, André

Also, would be interested to know about the uses and restrictions of the Amsterdam runways. Thanks Andre. Adam Smith
July 22, 201015 yr Dear all,I'm one of the developers of the new AFCAD files and the AutoAFCADUpdater X for Mega Airport Amsterdam X.There were a few issue's with the AFCADs, but this is all fixed. With a better runway use and AI approaches. These new AFCADs are included in an updated version of AutoAFCADUpdaterX by Ivap (now Version 2.00). *** AutoAFCADUpdaterX (for Mega Airport Amsterdam X) ***v2.00- Added updated AFCADS to installation from 737freak and GSalden- AFCADBackupX now checks for existing AFCAD backups- Better installation file handlingv1.00- First AutoAFCADUpdaterX versionNote: When you want to update AutoAFCADUpdaterX v1.00 just select the path in the installer where you installed AutoAFCADUpdaterX v1.00 and it will update. The updated tool can be download here: http://www.a51-zone....dam-x.html#4239If you any questions about this tool, please post them here: http://www.a51-zone....re-support.htmlHave fun and happy landings! July 22, 201015 yr Author Excellent and thanks for sharing.I'll download this and give it a whirl, see the improvements. Had a quick go around Amsterdam last night but the bleedthrough of textures frustrated me and then after accessing a menu from the top taskbar and going back into the game, all the graphics went obscure and couldn't see anything but muddy grassy textures all over the screen. The joys of FSX I guess :)Adam Adam Smith
July 23, 201015 yr ive seen 2 bugs:- with a heavy plane like the 747 the ATC - when u request for taxi to the gates - send u to ramp around hte area close the martiner cargo building (for example sierra 92)- when u hit the water even at 2 knots, the plane suddenly start flying at more then 220 knots at altitude of 200-400 feet like the shuttle going into the space. all in 1 secondive fsx + accelerationpack
July 23, 201015 yr I have installed EHAM FSX yesterday, but ho has designed the edges of the taxiways? It is just awful, are those taxiways designed with ms paint?
July 24, 201015 yr Author I have to admit that I'm quite happy with Amsterdam X at the moment; since installing the Auto Afcad v2.0 I'm seeing FPS at their highest yet, in the 20s. It suits me, I can still pan around the PMDG MD-11 without stuttering and that's with UT2 and REX2.0.Would be nice to see an official patch though.Adam Adam Smith
