Need Some Scenery Recommendations

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend FS9 sceneries (freeware or payware) that are worth having for KPHX, KDEN and KATL? I have Megascenery for each of these areas but no decent add-on airports to take advantage of it. I have a very modest sytem so FPS/Texture loading is an issue for me. Not looking for FSDT quality unless it gives FlyTampa performance. :(

ImagineSim makes good payware scenery for both KATL and KDEN. Both are relatively easy on the frames. The best option currently out there for KPHX would be M1DG's freeware rendition. SimFlyer's made a payware version, but it is very dated, had some bugs, and was a framerate hog.

Sure wish someone would redo KDEN. This was ImagineSim's first release, and it shows it's age.

Thanks guys. I am familiar with most of the ones you suggest but will take another look at the ImagineSim offerings and really appreciate the link to the freeware scenery site - I was not aware of it. Many of the links on there unfortunately seem to be pre-hack AVSIM links that no longer work but just a quick look at it and I found several things I am going to check out. Once again, thank you :(
