February 14, 201115 yr . Maybe you should look to the folks at iFly as an example of how to deal with your customer base. ...and here is a link http://ifly.flight1.net/forums/default.asp Bobby Arnold
February 15, 201115 yr I do however find your racial slurs regarding Russians offensive (to say the least)Actually the Russian comment was made by a member of Airsimmer early on in the piece to explain the lack of communication. I would show you the post but they've all been deleted. You've previously shown that anything which is said will not please you. Your petty and often child like remarks on the AirSimmer forum are 90% of the time rude and uncalled for. You may not run your own show at AirSimmer. No matter what you like to believe, or how many poor tactics you will employ (Such as your beloved: Let me post whatever I wish here at AirSimmer or I will post somewhere else threats). I'm here to let you know It will simply never happen.I have no wish to "run my own show" on AirSimmer, all I have ever wanted was effective and honest communication; to date that is still lacking. The communication to the Extended Team was false, the continued promises were and are still false. Yes it is encouraging that the basic model has been released to the Extended Team but we found out about it through another forum all together. You may see my comments as rude, I see your approach to customer service and airsimmers approach to their extended team, the ones who paid for the development process, as rude and highly unprofessional. I think it was Zoya who used the Russian throw away line in the same post that she told everyone to harden up.Give me, and the rest of the Extended Team effective and honest communication including the promised monthly updates and I'll stop pushing your buttons. To Tom and the rest of the Avsim community, I apologise for having to use your forums but it seems that this is the only way to get a response from Airsimmer.
