Scott something leads me to beleive your just a guy with an axe to grind, I dont want to get into the politics or argue with anyone here but can some of you please grow up and stop getting so stressed over a $40 peice of software. If you want a full A320 and have $80 million to spare or £300 pounds for a hour in a level D sim I can point you in the right direction.Do you honestly beleive they created a patch in the last few day's just as a responce to a thread on Avsim? This must of been months in the making, and even if they did release this prematurely at least someone is trying to fix this thing.Let's keep this thread from getting locked and keep a level head so others can post there feedback. Personaly I have stated that I can see many improvements however I can still see stuff not fixed that will annoy a lot of people. Let's see what the CTD guy's and others with DIR-TO problems have to say as these where the main issues people complained about.Regards

You are correct I do have an axe to grind, of sorts, however it is not over me losing money on a piece of flightsim software - oh and it was more than $40 as I was/am part of the "extended team". We have been waiting for more than "a few months" for any sort of information as to the status of the project only to be met with continuing arrogance from the "developer". The last "promise" from Vasilius was on January 10, 2010 where he said, in part, Over the past few days we’ve held a series of online meeting between the various Team members, department heads, as well as investors in our project, to map a course for 2010, and to solidify our long-term plan for the AirSimmer Airbus product line.There are still several meetings which are set to occur through January 15th, at which time I will be in a position to give you more specific information about Advanced testing and release schedule.We are still waiting for the more specific information.I am well and truly grown up thank you very much, my objective here is to help others avoid falling into the same trap that I, and many others did. This developer is a sham and crooked, they will take your money and deliver zero customer support - any request for information regarding patches or development progress will be met with ongoing arrogance, if any response at all.

Scott I was aware that you are part of the Extended team, thats a whole different story and I completely agree that all of you got taken for a ride. I also translated Vasilius posts over on the Russian forum and even he said he felt bad over the whole ET situation and he will be doing something in the near future. Hi guys,I bought this addon yesterday and I am testing it now. At FL360 one of the weirdest things I have seen so far is the extremely fast and discontinous banking while turning. In other words, the turn (from 0° to 30°) is too fast, like a military jet not a jetliner! And then, when the aircraft is at 30° bank angle it does not maintain that angle but reduces to 10°, then reapply to 30° until the turn is not finished. Wilco bus is too slow while turning, but this one is too fast, not real IMHO.Then, is it possible to change weights in lbs? I hate kgs unit in the cockpit.Then, MCDU is not bad, it misses some pages (PROG, which is important in my opinion, and INIT B for weights and other, which is important as well). To assess the ability to change flight plan or othe features like pseudo points, which in Wilco are bad managed. Another lack? It is not possible to change climb or cruise speed, so you should set directly into the panel.Then, some problems are about the autopilot. For some reasons I could not maintain the cruise altitude FL360, but over or under 100-200 feet.Finally, very very hard on fps! It is not possible losing 1 minute and 20 minutes in about 52 minutes of flight (comparing the simulating time with the real one), while I lose that time in almost 2,5 or 3 hours with other huge addons (Level-D, PMDG, PSS).That's allhe moment.Bye.

Until they fix the sound problem I'll pass on this effort (general engine sounds work but special sounds like Air condition fan and other in cockpit sounds have an issue which is known and has been promised to get addressed). Currently you have to disable part of the sound set (which is in the general Airsimmer/sound folder) to use this add-on.

Actually..........no. However, developers have updated products based on threads here at AVSIM. If you don't believe that, just ask Eaglesoft about the CX update. I don't think Airsimmer rushed to put something together because of a thread here, but I do know for a fact, and have been told by developers that they do indeed follow along in the forums and consider updates/patches/etc from what they read. My whole point is only that people should continue to express their likes/dislikes and maintain a cordial relationship with the developers if they want to see products improved. If the dev doesn't communicate with the users, than I guess it's their loss.

Trust me. Airsimmer never rushed to do anything.

I installed the patch and tried to load up the plane and FS crashed and it continues to crash everytime i try to load up that plane...I believe after being on the Airsimmer Forums that I am not the only one having this problem...

Hi, after yesterday flight I am totally disappointed. Huge impact of fps (when starting the descent I had very low and much variable fps (never had this problem with other major aircraft addons), MCDU star management at the same level of the Wilco or worse.I have requested a refund to Flight1.Chapter closed for me. Bye.

And the basic version has now been offered to placate the ET members - what a joke!
