Hello Bryan,I just purchased and installed the FS2Crew for iFly and encountered the following:I'm running the preflight events with US crew voices. At +8 mins before departure someone is arriving with a load sheet (or at least, it seems to be a dialouge there). However, there is no sound, I can only hear the captain say "thanks" when I click the secondary button (no sound from the person coming in with the loadsheet). Also, I'm unable to hear the start crew (no sound, execpt for the captain's responses, like "parking brake set", "brakes released")I am running FS9, Win7 Ultimate 64bit. Regards,Kyrre AndersenNorway

Hmmmm, I use Win 7 64, too.Is it just those sounds? What about all the other sounds?Try unselecting HS as a test on the FS2Crew Main Panel.Cheers,

HiI've got exactly the same problem.But the HS was never selected. The only thing I'm not sure about is that I selected in the audio setup the one which said "loudspeakers". There are two more devices which I don't know, so maybe there's the error...Everything else works perfectly and it's a great product!!ThanksKevin

Same problem with missing sounds here as well. HS never touched. I also get an error every time I change between Ifly aircrafts or upon exiting FS with Ifly+Fs2Crew:"FeilsignaturAppName:fs9.exe AppVer:9.1.0.40901 ModName:gdiplus.dllModVer:5.2.6001.22319 Offset:000184bd"Disabling Fs2Crew entries in the panel.cfg makes no errors.

Hi Rune,The GDI plus error when you exit Flight Simulator was never experienced during testing. I suspect it may be XP related. Maybe. Airports: LSZH( with AES on),EFHK (with AES off)2: Soundset: both EU3. which sounds: everything what ground crew says.Could it be that we make some error in the order of commands, so that the programm hangs up and doesn't play the sounfiles anymore?RegardsKevin

EU voice set. 737 -900( other types not tested) Flt LKPR-LKMT gate 23 with addon scenery LKPR/ LKMT - tested w and w/o headsetVideo Marshaller doesnt work in full screen mode (antialiasing off) - FS fall to trayUnits - Push back lenght is measured in feets, any chance to switch it in to meters? Hi,For the Video Marshaller, you probably have an issue with Windows Media Player.Make sure Windows Media player is installed and in working order.As for the ground crew sounds that aren't playing, I'm still trying to figure out why this is happening to some of you.If you're ground crew sounds aren't playing, please contact me via the Contact Page on the FS2Crew website. If I can get enough of you I should be able to spot the common denominator and fix the prob.It works for me (and you saw it working in the video), so I suspect the issue is procedural or something.Cheers,
