January 29, 201115 yr Ryan did say that sometimes Wilco's intaller mess up with the dll. If I were you, I'd install Wilco's planes first and then install PMDG. Ryan said that if you have you dll messed up you can send him the file and he will fix it for you. Here is what he said: Long standing problem - we've asked them numerous times to stop doing it and they never have. They change all the hidden newline characters in the file from the Windows formatting to the Unix/Linux formating - absolutely no idea why they do this, but that's what causes the problem. It's actually fairly easy to fix if you have a good text editor like UltraEdit. If anyone has this issue, just send me the dll.xml file via a support ticket and I'll fix it for you - no need to delete it and reinstall addons. January 29, 201115 yr Commercial Member I would install the Wilco stuff last, that makes the problem easier to fix. Here is how to fix it:http://support.precisionmanuals.com/KB/a92/dllxml-information-and-troubleshooting.aspxAlternately, send the file to me in a support ticket and I'll fix it for you. Test first to see if there's a problem though before sending it - there's been a lot of people who send dll.xmls to us that don't actually have a problem with theirs. February 1, 201115 yr I feel like I'm getting yelled at........using all caps is annoying.http://forum.avsim.net/topic/240151-pmdg-forum-rules-read-before-posting/http://forum.avsim.net/topic/245586-you-must-sign-your-full-real-name-to-posts-to-use-this-forum-posts-without-names-will-be-deleted/It sounds like your using up all of your RAM, but I dont know, you explanation wasn't clearly defined. Let it happen again, and either take a screen shot (Print Screen) of the error message and post it, or remember what it said exactly, and I guess we can go from there. Or go to http://www.precisionmanuals.com/ give them your order information and open a support ticket, and see what they have to say.
