April 16, 201115 yr Hello, Bryan!Sorry if my question turnes out to be goofy. I am new to FS2Crew and its iFly version is my first ever.So my experience and knowledge of this excellent addon is still rather limited. For my simming I use a simple (partial) home built cockpit consisting of some modified commercial modules.I have levers used for axes like flaps, spoilers, throttlers, reverse thrust, landing gear and parking brakes. The problem is when asking my FS2Crew F/O for setting flaps and landing gear up or down, they sometimes work and they don't at some other times.F/O confirms e.g. flaps 5 or 10 but they don't move. They will when I physically move my lever. Same with the landing gear. When on final approach I command 'gear down', F/O confirms but it is not going down.If it happened during each flight, I would have no doubts it is a conflict between my levers' positions and FS2Crew commands. But some flights do not show these problems at all. I find it hard to understand. I set up my levers via the latest registered copy of FSUIPC and they show no operating problems when used directly with any addon aircraft I use.I guess deactivating them for iFly could solve the problem for good but I would, obviously, would not like to do it unless I have to.Are you familiar with this problem and have any suggestions or hints? Thanks in advance for your assistance.Warm greetings from a new fan of FS2Crew (button only so far, but... who knows),Rafal

As a test, try it de-activating your FSUIPC control over flaps. But I know you don't want to do that. You may have to ask Pete Dowson for some advice on this one. Best, B. April 17, 201115 yr HiOnly been using FS2Crew for a few days now. Had a similar problem with flaps. The flaps lever [separate Saitek Throttle Quadrant] was assigned and calibrated with FSUIPC . Removed the assignment in FSUIPC and all good now - FO does the flap settings. But, I have a start lever problem. The FO does his thing at engine start but never moves the start levers from CUTOFF to IDLE.I do have the throttle assigned etc. thru FSUIPC. Any ideas ? or am I missing something ?.Greetings Intel i7 - 9700K @ 3.60 GHz | Asus RTX 3080 | 32 GB RAM | Saitek ProFlight Yoke System and Rudder Pedals | X-Touch Mini | Honeycomb Bravo TQ

April 17, 201115 yr I though it was the captains role to flip the cut off switch? I may be wrong though. You might be right though .. I have been doing both jobs for such a long time... :biggrin:Maybe someone will provide a definitive answer here for the FS2Crew scenario. For now I just control them myself. Just wanted to know the correct procedure.Greetings Intel i7 - 9700K @ 3.60 GHz | Asus RTX 3080 | 32 GB RAM | Saitek ProFlight Yoke System and Rudder Pedals | X-Touch Mini | Honeycomb Bravo TQ

April 20, 201115 yr Hi Guys,I have still the problem that the FO doesn´t handle the flaps. Using Version 1.4, have all axis disabled in FSUIPC (using CH throttle quadrant) and the Joystick in FS is disabled.I am sure I do something wrong, but what ?Thanks in advance...BestSteffen Steffen Rabenau, Berlin, Germany / stevens-va.de
April 20, 201115 yr Gentlemen, disregard my last post. I tested it with a -700 version now. Used just the BBJ where is won´t work. So it must lay in my settings. In the "normal" -700 everything works well...Thanksand cheers...Steffen Steffen Rabenau, Berlin, Germany / stevens-va.de
