  1. You might be right though .. I have been doing both jobs for such a long time... :biggrin:Maybe someone will provide a definitive answer here for the FS2Crew scenario. For now I just control them myself. Just wanted to know the correct procedure.Greetings
  2. HiOnly been using FS2Crew for a few days now. Had a similar problem with flaps. The flaps lever [separate Saitek Throttle Quadrant] was assigned and calibrated with FSUIPC . Removed the assignment in FSUIPC and all good now - FO does the flap settings. But, I have a start lever problem. The FO does his thing at engine start but never moves the start levers from CUTOFF to IDLE.I do have the throttle assigned etc. thru FSUIPC. Any ideas ? or am I missing something ?.Greetings
  3. Thanks HM for the reply and advice. Re-installed FSX a few times in the past and the "corruption" always been there. I've learnt to live with it, but this morning it just got my "tail up" and decided to post here with the hope that maybe someone else experience the same. My suspicion is that it could be a Nvidia thing, not sure. Not a big issue and my quick fix is - switch on/off the panel lights and it goes away - but comes back after a while .. :( Have a great weekend .. "off to watch the Boks playing the Aussies - Tri Nations Rugby game in Cape Town .. :(
  4. HiDoes anybody experience this - the airspeed indicator gauge for C208 / FSX gets "corrupt" ?. It only occurs when when panel lights are switched on.See image below.Any ideas ?Greetings
  5. A word of thanks to all the guys working this AP problem. I am sure the problems are forwarded to Carenado for an official fix."I don't have the nerve to dig into XML files etc. .. "Your efforts are much appreciated .. :(

    >Give up on FSNav, it was a great flight planner for earlier>releases of MSFS, but it's flight is over.Disagree there .. 17. No sir .. they don't ship international .. sent them a mail and the reply was "Only US and ..". It is available local, but for double the price. Ahh well .. certainly not going to pay double the price. So, thanks to everyone for the advice and I will hold off till next year and do a complete system change. By then DX10 patch for FSX will be out and Vista will have it glitches sorted. Roll on 2008 ...EDIT : Yikes .. just now checked at newegg .. the price is USD 84.00 .. that converted to SAR = 84X7 = 588 .. and the stores here ask +- SAR2400 .. I suppose all the import taxes etc ..slapped on plus their margin.Kind regardsRobertSouth Africa-------------------------------------Asus A8N-VMAMD Athlon 64 3000+XFX Nvidia Geforce 6800 XT PCI-E [256]2Gb DDR400 RAMCH products Yoke and USB Pedals

  20. Hi EagleAgreed .. since my last post, I kept on looking into the problem and the best result achieved is thru nVidia control panel - at least for the 6800 card in my opinion. So, I have also given up on fsx.CFG tweaking. As a matter of interest which driver are you using ?. I am using the 93.71 version.Once again, thanks to the other members for advice.Kind regardsRobertEDIT : BTW : you did excellent with the translation :)
  21. Thanks Mike, Tim and Andr
