Really curious if the NGX can equalise this picture. The colours are lovely, lightning is very great, and the blue of the artifical horizon is also very great, not light blue but dark blue.
While the photo is nice, it is just that, a photo taken with an improper white balance. Those colors simply are not accurate (we won't paint our panel black either :().That being said, all of the DUs (Display Units) are fully (and independently) dimmable, so if you like it darker, you will be able to make it so.
I second that's one nice shot (seriously, and I love the lights and flood lights! :(), but it doesn't really mean a thing. And no, even if the NGX could "equalize" this picture it would simply be coincidence. We're still not talking "HDR" here. Just see the outside scene at daylight level while the inside is a number of EV below that, and we simply don't have that in FSX. Plus as stated above the colors don't mean anything either. Maybe your blue looks totally different on your monitor with your room lighting than it does on mine? Big%20Grin.gif Just some food for thought, you can't just take a random pic and compare it to FSX, it's (usually) not gonna work in a number of aspects IMHO, so don't be confused if the NGX can't "replicate" that shot. :(sig.gif

The exposure in this photo was adjusted primarily for the sake of the outside scenery hence the cockpit looks so dark. Real 737 cockpit is of course nowhere near that dark in daylight hours. If you exposed to make cockpit look correct you would overexpose the outside view. As Vin stated - it is just a photo and very often photographers fully intend to achieve some artistic effects at the expense of realism.

Sigh... another one bites the dust. 24 posts deleted because people can't follow the rules and stop discussing released dates, alleged "promises" we never made etc. Don't be surprised if the next update you see is the release now - we're sick of the whining.
