I flew from LA to Seattle and was surprised to see how detailed Mt. St. Helens was! I used to live in Wash. State and moved to the East Coast right before MSH erupted. I was in 9th grade, and my best friends brother was driving close to the mountain and got ash all in his car. He sent me a vial of the ash I still have it somewhere. Last pic is Mt. Rainier had to throw that one in.

There is no doubt that in real life it is an incredible sight from the air. As far as FSX is concerned, FTX really did an amazing job and your pics clearly demonstrate what an awesome area it is to fly in . I often hop in the VRS Superbug and buzz around the volcanoes in the area!

Very nice screens. Looks like you have a good mesh for that area :)
Just default with FTX PNW.

I think on my day off I'm going to load up one of my Carenado Floats and try landing on the little lake by the mountain.

Neat-O shots. :( She is a majestic old girl for sure.I took a flight lesson out of KTTD a few years back and flew right over top of her. Some of the pics here. (And as already posted FTX did a great job rendering her in FS)
