Yes. Checked and double checked.
can you try executing the .bat or .jar from the command line and see if there's an error message there?

1.- Open the command prompt: Start -> Accesories -> Command prompt2.- Switch to drive E: typing
E:

3.- Navigate to the limiter's folder:

cd "FPS Limiter"

4.- Execute the batch file typing it's name, including the .bat or .cmd extension you picked, or...5.- Execute the jar:

Glad to hear Rick.... but to be honest I have no idea why it would work from the command line but not clicking the icons.Did both the batch and the jar work?

Yes, i just installed the Limiter normally except that i activated the .jar file using your suggested method in the comand prompt. Once i did that, the search for executable dialog came up as it should have done by double clicking the .jar file, then after entering my path and clicking the 'CREATE BAT' button, i closed it out and there in the limiter folder was my .bat file. I then just created a shortcut to the .bat on my desktop, double clicked it and up came FSX limited to 30fps.Thanks again.Regards,

Just use a different framerate limiter. There is a different FPS limiter called d3dantilag. It is much better than FPS Limiter 0.2 because it requires no .bat file, and FSX can be started normally. Here are the instructions that I posted in a different thread:
I just tried that limiter and set the fps limit to 30. Then in FSX the FSX fps counter sometimes displays values higher than 30. That was also the case with FPS limiter 0.2.Does not FSX own fps display function when using a limiter?
