By the way, How many fps will it differ... unlimited without fps_limiter and unlimited with fps_limiter? g
August 3, 201114 yr Hey dazz. Here you go. start E:\"FPS Limiter\"FPS_Limiter.exe /r:D3d9 /f:30 /x:OFF /l:OFF"E:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe you need a blank space after the second OFF, try this: start E:\"FPS Limiter\"FPS_Limiter.exe /r:D3d9 /f:30 /x:OFF /l:OFF "E:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe or to minimize the command window automatically: start /min E:\"FPS Limiter\"FPS_Limiter.exe /r:D3d9 /f:30 /x:OFF /l:OFF "E:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe

August 3, 201114 yr One question, d3dantilag has inside a file d3d9.dll. In my case I use also ENB which have its own d3d9.dll file... How can be both used at the same time? Valentin Rusu AMD Ryzen 9950X3D OC, Asus RTX 5090 OC, DDR5 64GB @6000MHz, Samsung 9100 NVMe for MSFS2024
August 3, 201114 yr -rename the d3d9.dll from d3dantilag to like d3d9s.dll-edit enbseries.ini[PROXY]EnableProxyLibrary=1InitProxyFunctions=1ProxyLibrary=d3d9s.dll there should be d3d9.dll, d3d9s.dll, enbseries.ini and antilag.cfg in the fsx folderworks for me ... I get a momentary flash of rhe command prompt window. Not long enough for me to read it then nothing. No Fsx start up and if i go into Fsx the normal way set at unlimited, i have between 50 & 60 FPS, so it is obviosly not limiting. Rick Hobbs
August 4, 201114 yr This is what i get if i try to fun gui with Java. Are you sure you have ".jar" files set to open with "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe"?
August 4, 201114 yr Only thing is, you have to put up with a black screen every time you want to go to windowed mode when you fiddle with EzDok or when you start Radar contact. I have been waiting for a fix to come up on that one Yeah, me too.. but it doesn't look promising on the fix. I asked this question a couple of times and no answer. So I think we're stuck with black screen :( Tomaz Drnovsek My FSX Videos My AVSIM Gallery
August 4, 201114 yr Author Are you sure you have ".jar" files set to open with "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe"?Oh, Absolutely. It is definately a W7 issue be it security or what. Just for kicks i unzipped the application into a temp folder on my XP Pro x32 PC and i didn't even have to tell it to use Java app. to open, i just double clicked the gui file and the search for FSX executable dialog came up right away. Of course FSX is not on this machine so that is as far as i could go. The only other thing i can do is find out exactly what sytem directrories etc, Java needs and go checking again for any folder thats gone and got a lock put on it, because i have had that happen a few times on my FSX rig. August 4, 201114 yr Can't understand why there hasn't been more interest in this one because IMHO this alternative is the better Limiter. I also think it's better. The only one who could help here is probably the developer of this limiter and I guess he doesn't have interest in fixing it.Developers website: http://www.kegetys.net/ Tomaz Drnovsek My FSX Videos My AVSIM Gallery
