December 18, 201114 yr I think it's safe to determine it only happens when fuel load in the wings is light - hence after landing. It is unrealistic, but after all, you shouldn't be looking out the cabin windows if you're taxiing! Ben
December 18, 201114 yr But it is not realistic at all. It usually only happens to me after landing if that helps, but as someone mentioned it might be due to the lack of fuel in the wing tanks after landing. Can I ask why you would not have enough Fuel in your Wing Tanks? When you land you should have Fuel in Wings not the Center Tank. From my experience so far 6,250 lbs will give you about a 45 min to 1 hour reserve (depending on how heavy you are) and it would be a good idea to have close to this amount in your wing tanks at the arrival airport. (Unless you diverted somewhere and used your reserve). Paul Deemer
December 18, 201114 yr He said he was messing about with the fuel and found that with empty wing tanks the wings jump around. -Iain Watson-
December 24, 201114 yr But it is not realistic at all. It usually only happens to me after landing if that helps, but as someone mentioned it might be due to the lack of fuel in the wing tanks after landing. It happens to me all the time with my pmdg747. It's kind of a "stiff" wing flex.not sure why it happens. Here it happens with lots or little fuel (no matter what).Vic
December 27, 201114 yr I think PMDG have modelled it fairly realistically, ...comparing it to real A/CChristian's video shows the typical wing flexing.Stewart Thompson
