During the installation asks me the code! When I open all the gauges are missing plane. Sorry for my english

I will try and make this easy for you to understand. It sounds like you have an activation issue. You should just put in your activation code. If it doesn't work I believe it is been fixed in the hot fix.

In the email with the download link is an activation code. Copy/paste it into the box

you should have got a code that will activate the product in an email. the hotfix is just something to clear a few activation issues i think.

You don´t need any hotfix, if you make a new install from PMDGs site. It´s includedin that set-up./ Leffe

It asks you for the code when you select the plane for the first time. It will ask you if FSX is allowed to run modules, you allow them all to run. When you select the NGX, a popup window will appear

Try minimizing FSX. Sometimes its hidden

Lets not be too harsh. This is a issue seen by some users, where the activation window simply does not show up.
