Apart from the absence of approaches, I can see 9 other differences between the images. Also the default airport does have the approach shown.

Not all airports have precision approaches therefore the runways will not be listed in the GPS. In this case, you would have to fly a visual approach.
But there are available non-precision approaches at NFFN. VOR circling approachNDB and GPS Rwy 02GPS Rwy 09 edit: as shown in Jay's post scott s..
Apart from the absence of approaches, I can see 9 other differences between the images. Also the default airport does have the approach shown.
He's on the the appropriate screen (APT) with the proper input (NFFN) so there should be approach data. The fact that it's not there indicates a problem either in an ADCAD addon (Most likely) or a problem with the FS NAV database. (In which case he should probably try a repair installation of FSX) I don't see anything like a keying error he did on the GPS gauge itself that could have caused it.

i edited the AFX and this fixed the approach problem with NFFN.
