Since i installed the latest hotfix, FSX keeps crashing! Drives me crazy! PMDG_737NGX.DLL_unloaded is the problem. Anyone having the same problem? I tried to do a new installation of the NGX, but nothing helps. At the supportdesk they told me to uninstal/instal FSX... After the new installation a popup comes up, i filled in my license-code, flew 1 perfect flight, but if i start FSX again i got the same problem. Anyone any ideas? Thanks!

What is the path to your FSX installation?Which FSX service packs did you install?Which PMDG updates?

D:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X fsx sp1 & 2, no accel. PMDG only the last update/hotfix (4 i believe)

Do you have Sp1+2 or Acc pack for FSX? You need that. Edit: Ok I saw now that you have Sp1+2....ok!The PMDG_737NGX.dll file is in the FSX\ module folder I guess. (Haven´t yet bought the NGX myself) Try to manually delete that file after you made an proper Uninstall off the NGX and then Reinstall.UAC off and run as ADM right. / Leffe

i always start with my last saved flight. Most of the times it's the NGX. Other payware are running fine.

Sometimes diffr addon ac can destroy the XML file.....maybe it´s therefore the PMDG_737NGX.dllwon´t load. Have you installed another ac addon recently? / Leffe If you installed the NGX again, then don´t use a previous saved flight, cause those aren´t uninstalled, so it´s an old file you start (I guess) / Leffe

The search feature is your friend. There have been many many many posts with fixes that might help. Seems that using the ngx as the default flight is a problem. I always "Load" a NGX saved flight and never have a problem.

It just has something to do with the activation of the NGX i guess... The NGX was working perfectly with hotfix 3! But since i installed hotfix 4 these problems started.

Exact same problem here after installing HF4. I saved a flight using the NGX and now FSX won't run at all. Crashes after about 30 seconds. How are you guys ending your flights? Using "End Flight" and going back out the main screen, or just closing FSX? I'm not at all certain this will make a difference or is the problem you're having, but.... I've found that if you just dump out of FSX for the cockpit, the XML file seems to get messed up, and FSX will crash when you select that same livery for a next flight. The solution is to select a different livery, go into the cockpit, End Flight, and then select the livery you prefer.

Well, if i end a flight, i'm closing FSX from the cockpit, i'm not going to main screen of whatever. I never had to do that before and i'm not going to do it. I think that this has something to do with my license.... VERY strange... And the problem only starts after the first flight! If i do a new installation of the ngx with hf4 and i start fsx there is no problem. The CTD starts when i use fsx the 2nd time.

Here is a update, i downloaded the NGX from the PMDG site. I believe the standard version is now 2922. I had NO ctd! After a couple of time i tried to install HF4, and yes, the ctd came back....
