Where do I say that DX10 makes FSX a 64bit App? I just say that switching to DX10 gave me significant lower VAS without lowering AI, sliders, TML etc... So yes, it helped me prevent OOMs.

You all should switch to DX10! I did it 2 days ago and didn't had any OOMs. I've just completed a flight from KFJK to KLAX in DX10. Most sliders to max, AI on 60%, TML2048, with the PMDG 777. VAS was around 3,6 on landing. FPS around 20 at JFK and LAX.

Just wait for them to answer your ticket. They will re-activate your license. I had it yesterday after a fresh install of FSX.

I just bought it! Flew from EHAM to LFPG, it's just AMAZING! Clouds, winds... Before i used REX and AS2012. Buy it!

Today i flew from New York (JFK) to Shannon (Ireland) in 6 hours with the NGX. And yes, i had 50-100 knots tailwind ;-)

Here is a update, i downloaded the NGX from the PMDG site. I believe the standard version is now 2922. I had NO ctd! After a couple of time i tried to install HF4, and yes, the ctd came back....

Well, if i end a flight, i'm closing FSX from the cockpit, i'm not going to main screen of whatever. I never had to do that before and i'm not going to do it. I think that this has something to do with my license.... VERY strange... And the problem only starts after the first flight! If i do a new installation of the ngx with hf4 and i start fsx there is no problem. The CTD starts when i use fsx the 2nd time.

It just has something to do with the activation of the NGX i guess... The NGX was working perfectly with hotfix 3! But since i installed hotfix 4 these problems started.

i always start with my last saved flight. Most of the times it's the NGX. Other payware are running fine.

Allready did that..... It's hopeless

Since i installed the latest hotfix, FSX keeps crashing! Drives me crazy! PMDG_737NGX.DLL_unloaded is the problem. Anyone having the same problem? I tried to do a new installation of the NGX, but nothing helps. At the supportdesk they told me to uninstal/instal FSX... After the new installation a popup comes up, i filled in my license-code, flew 1 perfect flight, but if i start FSX again i got the same problem. Anyone any ideas? Thanks!

No, we can't here it in the NGX.

Yes you can hear this in the 737NG. The 'popping' sound is louder in the cockpit, also the lights in the cabin will blink.

I FOUND IT!!!!In you fsx.cfg... under 'SOUND'.Be sure that the following setting is applied: SOUND_LOD=0Mine was SOUND_LOD=1, and that (i guess) caused my problem that i couldn't hear te sounds of audio environment. I have no idea what sound_lod is for.... but for me it worked.Topic can be closed.

Hi,I only hear the fsx default AI sounds. I noticed that sometimes i hear a low startup sound, but when a AI plane is taxing, i hear default sounds. So i think that my AEModule is not working?! It just drives me crazy! I tried so many things:-)

A few weeks ago i bought a new pc, and since than my audio env. for fsx doesn't work anymore! I tried everything, and i even uninstalled/reinstalled fsx... I didn't had this problem with my former pc. I used and still use an onboard soundcard... But i'm 99% sure that isn't the problem cause it worked on my former pc. Solution that i found was to turn of the AA-setting in fs9.

Last week i installed win 7 x64 With succes i installed fs9 with all my addons, but the following problem occured;When i am in fullscreen mode and i want to enter (for example) the PMDG-menu, the screen turns black. After pressing Esc, it will go back to the cockpit. I only have this with addons in the menu. Not with default fs menu. FspassengersPMDGWilcopub FSUIPCetc....Strange thing is that if i open fs in a window there is no problem! I've tryed al lot of things, but non of them are ok.
