What do u mean by legit?

By legit, I mean bought the product, paid for it?!??? How can you be 100% sure he did? Siging makes him reveal his identity to give PMDG a chance to check if he did, as far as I understand it.

Errr. If he's not legit he didn't pay good money for it. The complete disregard to request to sign his full name (and acting as if he doesn't understand what we mean by telling him to) sets off red flags. Forum rules are that you must have full name. If he's a legit user, he'll get the help he needs in due time. Besides that, I doubt your name is Donald Duck, and I doubt that name would be found in PMDG's market system. You seem fishy, too. hi guy with no name:P your system is not powerfull enough to run the NGX what i suggest is a upgrade on your system look into the introduction manual that came with the product read that it's very usefull. i hope this will work for you. Cheers

New or not isnt the issue, and if u read properly yourself with over 4500 post and actually think my real name is Donald Duck or Willie Walsh then someone else is maybe not reading things properly. We are all human and all make mistakes from time to time, there is is no need to get annoyed by someone simply stating an opinion. No to be honest i have been very happy with my version of NGX, never had 1 system crash, not a single failure, with the exception of a programmed failure thru the FMC, generally very happy with the product, cant wait for more!

Daisy, It does matter, and also it is no brainer to put your full name, and if you don't, PMDG have the right to delete your post. You have turned this thread into a debate that has nothing to do with PMDG users, but is PMDG policy. Stop trolling.

Sorry "Donald". How are Huey, Dewey and Louie? Ok, stop here with kidding, I'm the first one who can say PMDG NEEDS a owned forum accessible only by customers so noone needs to post his real name. I sustain that most of the time peoples cannot post real names for various reasons or simply they DO NOT want to do so, and remember, privacy is a really serious matter expecially here in Italy. Anyway, at the moment we are in a general community so the only way to acknowledge a legit PMDG products owner is to verify his real name. So at the moment if You don't post the real name, you're not verified, You are a possible owner of an illegal copy...... So, no support for pirates. Sorry.
