No patch available as it works fine for me with no texture issues.

I would delete and reinstall.  You might change the priority of this scenery in your database.

It is most unwise to include your email address in a public forum lest you receive all sorts of unsolicited emails coming your way.

White buildings is usually a sign of either you are running out of memory or lack of correct texture files.
