November 10, 201114 yr Hello.I notice that when I start ASE I see it trying to load up and it says "Net / Rep download failed,switching to 2nd server . This goes on until it finally says "Net/Rep download failure" What does this mean,and what should I do about it?WIN 7 64,fsx.Thanks.Dennis Dennis Elliott
November 10, 201114 yr Yes me too. Purchased ASE yesterday and immediately installed SP3 (dont know if I had to ??) Read somewhere that this new SP might cause this particular problem.

November 11, 201114 yr Hi ST1322Glad to report met/reps now downloading. As far as SP3 is concerned, I was searching these forums for an answer to the met/reps problem and I'm sure somewhere I read that someone had started to encounter download probs after updating to SP3. Sorry can't remember exactly where I found it. Looks, from the replies above that it is caused by an occasional server malfunction.Off to fly now Pete
November 11, 201114 yr Maybe temporary issue :) it happens you know... as for experiences after SP3... 1 case is not the whole world, you know and AVSIM forums are full of... all kind of issues with FSX ;-) Tom Link
