I always refrain comenting in topics like this, but... I just want to say something stupid too.I would say that both "sides" go too far. PMDG products are great for what you expect from simulated aircraft. Thats true. The support is pretty fast and efficient. True as well. But those products are not 100% bug-free. At least some time after release. Unpleasant, but true. We all know that..., or we find it out in one or another way. From other hand - buying a software, specially if it is not standalone (not sure if this is the right word), but works within another bug monster, means you will have to comply with those small nasty "surprises" it throws at you! :DWhen we all know this, we should just be ready. PMDG is not denying problems or bugs, when they are really there. It takes time and work and who knows what else to deal with them. If they say "it's too complicated", then probably for them it is. Does it really matter for you if they mean "too less customers" or "damn, its complicated"? For me - whatever! And thank you vodaley (would be polite to provide us with your name, as we all do) for your point of view! It's not that troll(ish) as it could be. But you were damn right, saying that we don't have too much choice. At least when we want to get THAT kind of products PMDG has to offer! And that's it.Leffe - now you can drop some "poo" on me too! 100 mistakes I guess. Excuse me for that! :D

Absolutley agree with you! Maybe my approach and expectations are too professional, but we must not foreget that PMDG was developed fro entertainment purposes only as well as FSX itself (it is not FAA approved), so for a game or toy it's a huge work.

It's just as well for us that's it's not !!Otherwise it would cost about 50,000 dollars. If you honestly believe that the NGX is not Quality, then I can only suspect that you are an ( I'm being kind here) idiot.Fred.

why to be so aggressive? We are here to give feedback, good feedback should contain positive and negative aspects

Vodaley,It is your approach that we find it quite offensive . you are giving here the impression that you are superior then all of us including the DEVs.if you would stop looking down at every one with your thankless comments , everything would be fine.it is the way you put things, not the things themselves that aggravate PPL here at the forum. You are allowed to criticize or say negative things, but you need to do it respectfully.it is the way you deliver the message that matters not the message itself.Think, before you speak, it's a good practice in real life too.

Sure its not FAA appr. And luckily it is not. Would be waste of time and we would pay so much more for just one copy (like Fred mentioned). NGX is a very nice plane for FSX (ok, so far best indeed) and no need to insult each other.

All I wanted is to say may feelings and opinion, I don't want to criticize anyone, I just wanted to say that it's not normal for me to pay for software with bugs, that's it.I know that I'm absolutly wrong about it, but this is a place where I can share my feelings about product I have bought.P. S. If you look above I wasn't criticize anybody here except Leffe, he get's me little angry becouse of what he was saying. You people here don't like critics, sorry I didn't know that this is incorrect place for it, I didn't know that it is temple of PMDG holly place here for some people that soaggressivly reply to bad critics, I didn't mean to hurt them at all.
