November 15, 201114 yr There are many ways...how did you try?You could open the picture in paint, save it as a .JPG (jpg is the smallest format).Then when you reply, click the ''more reply options'' and you will see the 'attach files' section...click browse, find your pic and attach it to your reply...is 1 way of doin it:) Regards Luke M
