At the risk of telling you something you dont want to hear, did you read the manual? As I recall you mentioned you arent that familiar with FMC systems, and until you are its easy to make a mistake.

To help you further need more info, step by step as to what you are doing, altitudes, speeds, FMC setup etc

As Jay has stated, you'll need to tell us exactly what you're doing, preferably a screenshot or two, before we know HOW to help you.As a long time user of the QW757, I can assure there are no 'bugs' like you describe. For an FMC 'novice' user, you could not choose a better addon than this one - it's been simplified a little over the 'real deal'.We are more than happy to help you with it, but the best place is the QW forum.Happy QW...ing.....

I can fully understand posting here - especially if not able to post there. I've had that before with several support sites.
