Hi,So I downloaded the SP1b this morning, ready for fixes and reinstalling liveries, However, when I go to the aircraft selection menu, the 800Wl thumbnail is the unidentified aircraft thumbnail (a plane silouette with a ? through it). And when I clicked details, the exterior was a mixture of black and translucent. So I restarted FSX, and selected the 800WL, still the black-translucent mix, but I was going to experiment. When loaded up, this is what I see., so I switched to VC, and this is what I see. :-(Any help, cause I love the NGX!Thanks,

Have you read and done all what Robert R wrote?Also did you uninstall your Livery and then install again from PMDGs site again, as was stated.Did you had this probs before SP1b?Have you HIGHMEMFIX=1 under Graphic section in your cfg?/ Leffe

Hi,Yes, I have HIGHMEMFIX in my cfg, I don't believe you can download the House livery from PMDG's website(may be wrong), and no to this problem happening before SP1b, all .dll's are trusted software, too

Well, then I would find my Base Installer and install that again after uninstalling from Control panel and alsouninstall all left over folders manually and don´t forget those under C:Your NameAppdataRoamingMicrosoftFSXSimobjectsPMDG.....After install of Base pack, then install the SP1b. (No need for SP1 now)/ Leffe

Do you use EZdok? Did you run the EZCA Config program after installing the SP?Edit: Missed the thumbnail reference, doesn't sound like ezdok..

Install is definitely corrupted - do the following:1. Uninstall the 600/700, then the 800/900 from Control PanelPrograms & Features.2. Manually delete the NGX folders in FSXSimObjectsAirplanes.3. Manually delete the FSXPMDGPMDG 737 NGX folder.4. Manually delete the NGX folders in C:Users(Your Windows Username)AppDataRoamingMicrosoftFSXSimObjects5. Reinstall the 800/900 base pack.6. Reinstall the 600/700 addon.7. Install the 800/900 SP1b update.8. Install the 600/700 SP1b update.That should get everything back to default.

Don't worry, with PMDG's support you know that it's gonna be fixed for you. :(

Thanks, Ryan. If you mind me asking, what caused it to be corrupted? A livery?

This is why I prefer clean installs. Hope you get back on track.

Personally guys i just did what Robert said and i have no issues.. But there are people not totally sure about things so it is unfair to say otherwise..
