Microsoft: Please just all MSFS to die with dignity

Featured Replies

Dear MicrosoftMany of us have enjoyed and come to love the Flight Simulator franchise for decades. It has brought us thousands of hours of joy and become a large part of our lives. Before you transform it into World of Warcraft of the sky and totally take away any dignity we have left just let it die. Before you release something with sky coins, power ups, group teleportation devices, and quests, just let it die. Before you turn a once proud title into an arcade game, just let it die. Before you release character design interfaces that allow us to choose the color of our eyes and the size of our biceprs, include sexy copilots with big bosoms, a point system and levels that make you more powerful, please, for all thatmis good and sacred....just let it die. What you have done is twist something beautiful and magical into something horrible and unrecognizable only worth of lothing and ridicule. The franchise doesn't deserve that. So i am begging you. Just give us back the body so that we may place two coins on its eyes for the boatman, and burn its body on the funeral pyre with dignity. Give us the customary seven days to morn. Please just give us this one thing so we can still hold our heads up high, and we will never bother you to make another Flight Simulator again...trust me....we promise. If you do this one thing I promise to install WindowsME on my laptop and Windows Vista on my desktop and sell my iPhones and buy....Windows Phone 7 devices. Yes, I am willing to suffer a fate worse than death by enduring unspeakable suffering by using your crappiest products for the rest of my life if you just set or beloved franchise free.I await your reply.

LOL :(

Sorry, but I refuse to install WindowsME on my laptop. Years ago I was unfortunate enough to have it installed on my desktop when Microsoft promised me the WindowsME would change my perception of operating systems. Well it certainly changed my perception of Microsoft!

Well spoken, Mike T. I see you're based at Dupage. Love that airport. I was flying out of 3CK but I'm inactive at the moment due to diverting funds to raising my 2 daughters.

I never had a problem with Windows ME.

Neither did I! I never bothered to install it, so I couldn't possibly be frustrated... :(
