So I recently purchased XP10 and I have been looking hard for transport type aircraft, really great freeware or great payware... Not only can I not find great, I cannot find any at all. I have been searching for Md-11's or DC9' or 10's and I cannot find any, anywhere. Here are some places I have looked...http://www.fspilotsh...1f0afb6f77a171bhttp://store01.prost...tore/StoreFrontIs this all there is? I can't seem to find much more than this.

Check out x-plane.org and x-aviation.com. Also eadt.eu for a good 737 freeware.

It's going to be tricky finding aircraft specific to XP10 since a lot of amateur and professional aircraft designers are waiting for the first stable version to be released before putting any serious time into development. The good news is that XP10 stable is just around the corner, so you should see more activity soon.In the meantime, many XP8 and XP9 aircraft work just fine in XP10, though you might encounter some quirks.

just to add some stores. only few version 10 stuff out yet.http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/http://store.armchairaviation.com/http://www.c74.net/xplane/index.htmlhttp://petersaircraft.com/nice freeware:http://www.ilmioatelier.com/I%20miei%20X-PlanesEN.htmlhttp://www.xpfr.org/?body=aero_accueilhttp://x-plane.hu/an2/

Hello Tyson,I'm new to X-Plane also.I found 2 Extremely well done and High Quality aircraft both from X-Aviation.http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/The BeechCraft T-34C Mentor by JRollen,Incredibly immerive Turbine with beautiful cockpit for sight seeing and great night lightingAlso The BeechCraft Duchess by Leading Edge Simulations is a nice twin engine prop that's cockpit is so realistic you think you can reach out and touch the controls. And the sounds of both aircraft are Amazing! Also a DC-3 is in late development from these guys aswell. But you cannot go wrong with these two aircraft.Cheers

These all work just finewww.carenado.com
Radios on the 172 are quirky. Carenado has implied that they will be fixed in an update.

Any thing by Javier Rollon is excellent, he has a CRJ 200 out that by all accounts is way over the top. I'm not an airliner person myself, but the artistry of Rollon is not to be believed. Of course that is not to belittle anyone else that haunts these boards. LOL, some of these other guys are unbelievable too.I have the T34C Mentor. It would be hard to outdo this one IMHO.

The 1st is landing.

Psst... Who needs radios.

Jrollon's CRJ is imo, the best aircraft for xplane atm. It is an absolute necessity if you like airliners or you are a regional guy.

Very cool freeware regional jet.....exceptional quality. It may need the airfoil modified for XPX as I do not believe it has been updated yet.http://an148xp.ucoz.ru/

Ohhh my word... Well I officially apologize for having my mind wrapped around PMDG and that xplane would never be great if companies like them didn't switch over... Just a video but I am amazed...

had no idea people were making planes like this for xplane... If I was in charge of a 3rd party company that just got duped by M$ I would be on the phone with Jrollon saying, "who and how much do I make the check out for to get you guys on my team."

All have not been released yet. Just to make sure snwboardn understands.@snwboardn The CRJ ist just receiving update to version 1.4 wich again improves on a lot of stuff. It is a must have plane for X-Plane. The price may be high, but it is worth it.
