February 11, 201214 yr Author Thanks guys - I'm glad you enjoyed them. I've recently been getting to grips with the default gliders. With so many mountain ridges there is interesting lift (and sink) generated. There is an in-game option to show the wind field (you get hundreds of little arrows in the air, showing where it flows) but it's more challenging just trying to find lift by reference to the terrain...More than once I've had to hunt for a thermal to circle up enough to clear the next hill... I'll see if I can get some pictures next time... :(
