April 28, 201214 yr Author Seems like I'm stuck with this bird. I love it. Cruising the UK. Sorta cold, but a great view.
May 1, 201214 yr Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. Been flying the Jetprop a lot lately and love it. I'm currently in the process of creating a virtual air charter (VA) in the caribbean, therefore i've been flying loads of island hops. Below are a few screenshots of my earlier flight: - Regards, Chilly
May 16, 201214 yr Author Doing a lot of flights out of Geneva LSGG, so here's a shot returning to that nice place on Earth. Uploaded with ImageShack.us
May 27, 201214 yr Another trip over to Khdn Don't let the Pretty clouds fool ya it was Windy !!!!!!!!! I managed 141 kts ground speed all the way.
May 28, 201214 yr Author I managed 141 kts ground speed all the way. Ouch. That's a severe impact of those upper winds indeed. I often change altitudes when I see some lower 190 values. I wonder if it would have helped on that flight, Marty.
May 29, 201214 yr Hard to say i was @ FL150 which was just enough to scrape over the Mountains, gotta love those fronts moving In, if i Remember the Surface winds were gusting to 34 kts so it's a good thing it wasn't too much of a crosswind Landing. Gotta Love Mountain Flying !!!!
May 30, 201214 yr Author Gotta Love Mountain Flying !!!! Very true. And that turbine gives you enough power to escape some hazards. Just stating this because I've tried my Bonanza A36 some time ago and there wasn't much left to just throttle up and get away. "When in Doubt ADD Power" You name it.
May 31, 201214 yr Thats's Why i Can't stop flying this Bird and Can't wait for the TBM. i have a Neighbor who is a A/C broker and Flies the TBM 850, i must say there the Cat's Meow Plenty of Speed and Power.
June 5, 201214 yr TBM 850 is my Lottery plane... hands down... I would prefer a U.S. built plane, but there is none in the TBM class. The (current) Piper Meridian is close, but it's way way slower, and way way less MTOW. Yea... it's two million more, and about the same price as a Citation M2 (future VLJ), or King Air 90... But it'll cost half as much to operate... Did I say it's FAST?? I Tip my hat to our european friends.. That's one dam awesome airplane.
July 12, 201213 yr Currently 100nm north of Scotland, on the first leg of my trip, to visit the wonderful pacific north west, courtesy or Orbx. Took off at 09.30 this morning from RAF Cosford in the Uk, currently heading for Keflavik which is still 323 nm miles to go. Eta is 13.56 GMT. Was going to do it in the Katana 4x until I saw how long it would take just to get to Scotland :) Yes I know I could just jump to the pacific north west, but this way I get to enjoy this stunning aircraft. ;) Just got to remember to save every 30mins or so, had 4 ctd already. :( Cowboy10uk Corsair 570x Crystal Case, Intel 8700K O/clocked to 4.8ghz, 32GB Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200 MHZ Ram, 2 x 1TB M2 drives, 2 x 4TB Hard Drives, Nvidia EVGA GTX 1080ti FTW, Maximus x Hero MB, H150i Cooler, 6 x Corsair LL120 RGB Fans.

Perhaps open a new thread for that issue and post the details of the Windows event log.
