March 5, 201214 yr Are you slewing before turning the battery on, by any chance?http://forum.avsim.net/topic/364777-slewing-causes-electrical-system-alarm/
March 5, 201214 yr It's not a low battery warning as Thomas mentioned. I can't recall the conditions it sounds, and I can't access my computer as I'm not at home, but I seem to recall it sounds when an IRS loses DC power? Someone correct me. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
March 5, 201214 yr I was always under the impression that you could not do a full alingment under DC power only.............. hence the alarm. My guess would be that your IRS selecters have been set in the nav position while the aircraft is still running purely off the battery, as I said I'm only guessing.Try connecting the apu generator or ground power then twist the knobs to the nav position.
