Featured Replies

Ensure Hard mute and soft mute are not on and alsotry recalibrating your mic again. Did fsx ask you if you can trust the NGX gauges ?
Yes everything else works.

Is pushback required set to 'No' or 'Yes' in the FS2Crew Config Manager? The required voice commands change depending on that setting. You don't need to setup your CFG panel prior to using FS2Crew.Failing that, email me via the Contact Page on the FS2Crew website.I'll help you via a remote desktop... I need to "see" what you're doing.Cheers.

ive emailed through the contact pagei got it working but i dont know how

Hi,I have exaclty the same problem.....I´ve tryed an external air engine start, with the "cockpit to ground" command (I see the command in the green bar) there is no response, with the "ground cockpit" there is response from the ground crew but after I say "we are ready for an external air engine start" ( I see the command in the green bar) there is no answer. If you please tell me what you did to make it work. Thanks

Hi Pack,Try making sure that the Service Interphone on the AFT Overhead panel is witched to the ON position. Then ensure the control panel is on the S.Crew/Eng Start. Then select the SVC button on the Pilots audio panel and make sure its illuminated, then click on the volume control knob below it to ensure the volume is up for you to hear them. This works for meHope it helps

Thanks Adam,All that was double checked as stated in the online manual but still the same problem. Quite strange as it works perfectly with the other voice control aircraft, PMDG 747, IFLY 738, LevelD 767,Regards.

Run the FS2Crew config manager as admin, disable FS2Crew, enable the voice version again. Then start-up FS and try again. Make sure the audio control panel is setup correctly and that the MIC selector for SVC or FLT interphone is selected and the volume selector is lit, Make sure the service interphone switch is on.Also, did you get the fsx trusted gauge popup ?Are you running GSX ?

1- Done. Disabled and enabled twice, for testing.....same result.2- Yes I got it and when I saw the popup I hit RUN. I disabled my antivirus during the hole operation just in case it was stopping something.3- No I do not have that utility. Thanks anyway for your help.

Are you using a headset and speakers or just a headset ?

Headset for the mic and speakers to hear the FSX sounds.

Try it through the headset alone, you could be getting interferance from the noise coming through the speakers.

The system is not the same as with other FS2Crew... to make it more realistic, you now have to setup the Audio Control Panel.Just press in the FLT button on the "Captain's" audio control panel. Some users are messing up because they're clicking FLT mic button on the overhead audio control panel. It has to be the Captain's one.
