You aren't really supposed to get a response from the F/O when you say ok to clean up,..he just waits till you say that or move the speedbrake lever to the down detent and starts his flow.The correct phraseology is "I'm ready for shutdown",..after all he isn't ready for the checklist because the engines are still running, can't do the shutdown checklist with the engines running.
Ok sorry I think you misunderstood just a little.In the iFly, when we get to the terminal and I set the parking brake.the PNF does some flows then say's "I'm ready for Shutdown"I trigger the phase by turning the Fuel Levers to Cut OffHe then starts his shut down flows turning off seatbelt signs, fuel pumps, hydraulic pumps etc etc.He then comes back and says "I'm ready for the checklist"I then proceed with "Shutdown Checklist"I'm just reporting what I'm experiencing from what is included in the iFly and whats in the NGX, (both Boeing B737-800's) in case it should be there but its not, maybe it intentionally left out due to RL SOP's I dunno.Anyways sorry to hound you and will let you get back to helping others :)Thanks

Ya we change 1 or 2 things, made it a little more realistic
Ok thanks Damien,I think my initial thoughts was to have more interaction (talking etc) in the flight deck as it would sound more busy and realistic.Geez if I knew how to program this kind of stuff I would have them chattering all flight long .. lolI understand its following RL SOP's etc but a little more interaction and speech dialog throughout the flight would be just as realistic and make it more enjoyable I feel.I also understand the time it may take to program such a thing, plus maybe the added burden of system resources to handle such events so I will just sit back and be happy with what I got :)Thanks for reminding me and disregard that request if you wish :)
I think that's where there's a little divide between having a realistic environment (hearing all the talking going on around you and it's almost like you're on the outside looking in/watching the the captain and f/o doing flows) and realistic procedureral environment (when you're the one doing the talking and seeing through the captains eyes) if you know what i mean.Simpler explanation,..the difference between watching something real, and then doing something real

I was wondering if you maybe could add a third option for the preflight setup. One for Ext Pwr only?Here in Norway I rarely see planes connected with AC, and, or AS cart, only the Ext Pwr cable is connected during turarounds.The AC is connected after the last flight of the day.

No promises, but we'll try it... it may not make Hot Fix 1 though.
