As the title. Wouldn't matter but for the online manuals which I need to run the flight. Good reason for not using online manuals! Looking forward to the tutorial.Peter Rowan

Still not working for me. Very strange. Neither the base web site or the link to the on-line manual works. Have turned off firewall and can get to other web sites.Peter Rowan

Yes. just rebooted once again but stilI no luck. Suppose that it could be DNS problems with my ISP but that is really rare but as you can see I can get to Avsim and anything else.Peter Rowan

I get this problem too, I have tried: changing computer, swtiching internet browser, deleting internet history, restarting router, turn off antivirus and firewall and bypassed the router. To access the fs2crew website I either have to use a proxy server or I have to use iPhone internet sharing(3g net). So I think it's some problem with my ISP.Tobias Sved

I can get to www.fs2crew.com but not to http://support.fs2crew.com/help/manuals/default.aspx. Frankly so far my fs2crew experience has been really poor. The lack of pdf manuals and no tutorials has meant that so far I have had no use of the product. The manuals and tutorial are all in the next release but I have waited for a week for them but still no joy and mean while I am stuck.Peter Rowan

That is the link to the manuals from the config manager as you say so if you can't get it to work then there is a problem. I think there is some security process like a cookie that allows that link to work and may be I have lost that cookie . I redownloaded the program (but didn't install it) and now the link works. I can't edit my post to remove that link but as you say it doesn't work.Peter Rowan

I changed settings from, "obtain DNS automatically" to "Enter DNS manually" and entered:8 . 8 . 8 . 88 . 8 . 4 . 4and now I can access both the fs2crew website and the online manuals
