  3. Thank you for your replies, going to go for it. One final question once the new installed version is registered, will I still be able to use the older version in the interim whilst installing all my other add-ons? Thanks again Paul.
  4. AS my FSX starts to fatal more and more I have bitten the bullet and installed an SSD to fun FSX. Its 2 years since the last install so you can imagine the add-on's that need to be installed again Is it OK to run the NGX on the 2 systems until I get fully up and running on the SSD? Many thanks. Paul Humphries
  5. Just wanted to give you guys the heads up. After a few emails back and forth with Steve and submitting a few screenshots for the gallery, I finally got to chat with Steve on the NGX-Live TS server. This guy knows his stuff, is both friendly and approachable. He helped me out with an issue with FSUIPC then pointed out I was en**led to a free upgrade on REX Essentials, saved me£30! Don’t be shy guys, hop on-board and share in the resource of this great initiative! Cheers Paul Humphries
  6. There you go, you answered the question LOL Really look fwd to being able to do that, but then your gunna start giving me emergencies to deal with soon  BTW Great support mate thanks! :im Not Worthy: Paul.
  7. I wanted to run the panel on a 2nd monitor for when I do a video, but sometimes it turns black and crashes FSX (this is the same with any panel FMC etc not justfs2crew main panel) don't know why or how to fix. So want to be able to view but would also like it tucked away if possible. Thanks for your response and support again BTW Cheers Paul.
  8. Yeah, sorry Bryan, but where do I find the flie to change? Thanks Paul
  9. I would like to reduce the main panel size using this setting but I am not sure where to insert. [Window21] size_mm=642, 37 pixel_size=642, 37 position=3 visible=0 ident=1000 zorder=100 Sizeable=0 gauge00=FS2Crew2010\Versions\PMDG737NGX\Gauges\FS2CrewNGXVoice!FS2Crew_MainPanel, 0,0,642, 37 gauge01=FS2Crew2010\Versions\PMDG737NGX\Gauges\FS2CrewNGXVoice!FS2Crew_Audio, 13,13,3,3 gauge02=FS2Crew2010\Versions\PMDG737NGX\Gauges\FS2CrewNGXVoice!FS2Crew_VoiceMain, 7,7,3,3 Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

  12. Just about got to grips with the flows with config panel setting on APU now. Reading that some airports don’t like aircraft running APU for too long and that it does ultimately burn fuel I thought I would try External Power with the Air Conditioning Cart (EXT/AC.) I understand the bit when the pilot flying is responsible for starting the APU and is responsible for disconnecting external power. I am lost with other parts of the flow and who does what, bleed air / packs etc Could anyone highlight the key differences in the flows between the two? Thanks for your time. Paul.
  13. I read somewhere its best to load ezdock after you have loaded the ngx from a default a/c. So When FSX has initially loaded I shut ezdock down, select default flight, then load the ngx in 2D then start up ezdock Since doing that I have no issues here.
  14. Big Bump
  15. Nice job Frank!Love these sort of tutorials, thanks for taking the time.RegardsPaul.
  16. FS2crew + GSX + PMDG = ultimate experience :(
  17. Yep Lara Croft as a FO.....nice :(
  18. Could someone show their experience on youtube. As a bit of a part timer I learn fast watching tutorials than reading the manuals over and over.FS2Crew will create one at some point, I'm just a little impatient I guess LOL
  19. After I have started from cold and dark and pushed back...(done hundreds of times) When I throttle up nothing happens...the throttle quadrant moves but the engines just remain idle.I have followed the usual cold and dark flows and never had this before.I have done restarts to no avail. If I load a default a/c it works fineThis started after I installed and ran FS2CrewAny ideas please?RegardsPaul Humphries
  20. Where I am upto...I loaded the 2nd tutorial just prior to take off....and it worked fine.Tried it again with my default saved flight at EGNX cold and dark still no increase in trust.Started at a new location / flight cold and dark and works????Possibly a corupt save file state?Deleted the save file anyway. Thanks for the replies!Paul Humphries
