March 20, 201214 yr I am happy for you unfortunately I got AT disconnect at takeoff like Phill Dant.My TOGA takeoff no disconnect - FSUIPC calibrations .. reverse thrust is ok too .. Saitek.Do you use FSUIPC and Saitek on other aircraft OK? Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
March 20, 201214 yr Do you use FSUIPC and Saitek on other aircraft OK?yep and i have MD11 747X J41 and others
March 20, 201214 yr yep and i have MD11 747X J41 and othersBackup your FSUIPC.ini file first. Then delete your FSUIPC (registered version) profile sections for the "PMDG" only (inside the ini file). Then redo all assignments and calibrations for PMDG.Do you have newest version of FSUIPC now? Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
March 20, 201214 yr As you can read above I have already done that and it's fine but this is the third time that I have to delete it FSUIPC.ini.It's not enough to delete only the sections for the "PMDG" at list for my situation so what is this conflict that they are talking about.
March 20, 201214 yr Fabrizio,"so what is this conflict that they are talking about."I do not know .. I do not have a conflict.Maybe your system configuration is one that cannot work the PMDGNGX throttles. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
March 20, 201214 yr Author I didn't mean to stir up such a fuss. For me, I only fly PMDG aircraft so I am not sure how FUSIPC and Saitek effect any other default or other aircraft. I hate to once again remove the .ini because calibrating the flaps is time consuming at best. I will if it becomes necessary but will try to just unassign those axis settings first and try again. It seems that I was ok before ugrading to FUSIPC 4.80 but can't swear to it. Now with FS2CREW most if not all other items besides the throttles will be handled by the F/O so there's another wrinkle to this saga. Thanks for all of the responses. Phill Dant
March 20, 201214 yr Hello, you might want to do this:when in PMDG plane, open FSUIPC, go to axis setup tab, and check "For this variant only" (or similar). Then click apply general settings - yes, and only then uncheck throttle axis processing (send direct to FS). Note that this need to be done for every livery. --Peter Fabian

March 20, 201214 yr " I hate to once again remove the .ini because calibrating the flaps is time consuming at best."No need to.Just assign a yoke or throtte button/toggle switch and define it as flaps inrement (up/ or down) with each toggle.Forget the flap axis (that is what I did). Now, on days when you have a lot of time you can back up your ini file and set up the axis flaps. If I had a flap lever with detents (stops) I would take the time to set it up. But I do not. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
