March 20, 201214 yr Hello everyone! This is my first thread on this forum..Anyway i have a weird problem with my PMDG NGX, and it's when i pull down the flaps. I attach a picture and you gonna understand. Is this normal? If not, what should i do? Should SP1B service pack help you think?I only want to know if this is normal or not, and if you know i would be very happy. I hope you understand
March 20, 201214 yr Commercial Member Yeah, the issue is that the aircraft thinks you're too heavy. This is most often an error where you've entered pounds and it's expecting kg. Kyle Rodgers
March 20, 201214 yr On a slightly related note, by all means, install all the servicepacks! --Peter Fabian
March 20, 201214 yr Yepp rgr thanks :) So i should only go to the FMC and take payload?Or can i change it in "fuel and payload"?
March 20, 201214 yr Johan which service pack do you currently have? i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
March 21, 201214 yr But alot of people say its alot of problem with sp1c, and if its a problem with the weight, i don't understand why i need a new service pack :)
March 21, 201214 yr You need a new service pack because the developer [PMDG] has spent a lot of time and effort to fix known issues with the product. All future updates and additions, such as the ER, business jet, and military versions will expect that you have the latest service pack.I have no issues at all with the latest service pack, I don't believe many do.
March 21, 201214 yr Hi,I uninstall & reinstall it back with only SP1b only. problem solved. i tried it twise with sp1c but still no luck. so, thinking to remain on this sp1b at this momment.RegardsShaheedan
March 21, 201214 yr Update, and if you find any SP1c related problems, you can go back to SP1b. --Peter Fabian
