April 4, 201214 yr Hey guys, I´ve just set up my Saitek pedals for use with the NGX (which I fly 90% of the time) and I´ve finally figured out how to get the brakes working via the default axis alligment. But I have one odd issue with the NGX: When I try to brake via the pedals, it will brake but as I release the pedal again, it won´t happen. I have to turn the barke automatic knob away from off and the back to release the barke again. If I use a button, there´s no problem at all. is ther some kind of fix or might I get rid of that via FSUIPC? Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h
April 4, 201214 yr Could you post some screenshots of your FSX configuration? Maybe we can help you then.

April 4, 201214 yr Ok, I´ll show the settings. why don't you listen? i had the same thing, put the null zone to 0 on all the controlls. Daniel choen
April 4, 201214 yr Author why don't you listen? i had the same thing, put the null zone to 0 on all the controlls. Sorry, mate, I have a lot to do at the moment. Haven´t seen it last time. I´ll check that out! Update: All pedal null zones to zero but the problem does persist. Should I set the sensitivity on full instead of 0? April 5, 201214 yr Sorry, mate, I have a lot to do at the moment. Haven´t seen it last time. I´ll check that out! Update: All pedal null zones to zero but the problem does persist. Should I set the sensitivity on full instead of 0? Yes. Set sensitivity to full and null zone to zero on all axes on both the yoke and the pedals. Kind regards Peter
April 5, 201214 yr why don't you listen? i had the same thing, put the null zone to 0 on all the controlls. what exactly is null zone?? mitch bowman Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major
April 5, 201214 yr what exactly is null zone?? mitch bowman It is a zone near the center of the controller axis where a little movement (adjustable) of the joy will not reflect in a movement of the axis. It is a good practice to add a null zone where the center of the controller is unclear and can lead in odd movements with unwanted little movements or just when it is centered (and the centering will not move always the joy to the 0. Adding a "null zone" will increase the center area where the command are at 0 even if the joy is a bit on the left, right up or down. Regards Andrea Daviero
April 5, 201214 yr Yes. Set sensitivity to full and null zone to zero on all axes on both the yoke and the pedals. i completely don't recommend to set it to full, set it to 80-75 like saitek is recommend if you read their recommendation. good luck. Daniel choen
