Well heh if you can and want to do that it would be great. The Airports are nice but the surroundings are nothttp://www.flightfactory-simulations.com/h...B_testpilot.jpg[a href=http://www.ifdg.net]--iFDG website!--[/a]

Dont forget to run the feature panel which should have been saved on your desktop as a shortcut. Here you can change some aspects of the scenery like having more detailed textures for example. It might be worth having a look at this as this might make it more appealing to you. Craig

OK guys... make up my mind for me... do I replace the original or what ? Also, what's this about missing runway signs at EHAM ?Signed,Soooo confused !

The file is now available to download at www.fsnordic.net :D :D :D :D no passwords required there ;)Go to Quick Links >>> New Files at the right side of the main page, then scroll down the list and the file sits there....I haven't had the chance to download it yet. Also interested in how the framrates are, specially in EHAM. As I fly very little in Holland I wouldnt have minded seeing the EHAM Schiphol scenery as a single file :( IMO the package should also have been chopped to a smaller parts...

I have hoped the framerate would be better than in the previous version, but they aren't.Normally I use a scenery complexity of very dense. In the default Seattle scenery I get with my computer (XP1800+ , 9700Pro) and my other settings about 16 fps. With NL2000 v2.9 I get 8 fps and at EHAM it drops to 5 fps. With German Airports 4 installed (without NL2000) I get at Maastrichta framerate of 20 fps (locked at 20). With NL2000 installed 8 fps. When I give GA-4 a higher priority then the NL2000 Maastricht scenery is gone. Slewing to the gates gives 15 fps, standing at Rwy 4 11 fps.Same with Rotterdam. Slew to about 300 feet, looking over the airport buildings en the city in the background. 6 fps. Scenery complexity back to zero, no airport buildings anymore, fps 11.It's clear that parts of the non airport sceneries are the cause of the low framerate.Because it's impossible to delete the EHAM scenery in NL2000 because of the unflyable low fps, I consider to deinstall this software with pain in my heart.

I also tested out the scenery and found it to be very unfriendly with fps :( I got something like 3 or 5 fps at EHAM. Also the AI-planes were sunk into the ground at EHAM :( :(Also I wouldnt have minded seeing an airport configurator that would exclude or include airports that the end user wishes. I for example dont fly alot in the Netherlands specially VFR. Any chance of including only EHAM in the next update as a separate download ? The file size of the package also was very high at 650MB unzipped. Other than those issues I had with the scenery it looked very good and I will continue using it. Any chance of a fix to the AI-aircraft being sunken in EHAM ?

>Any chance of including only EHAM in the next update as a separate download ?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/71272.jpgJust use the exclude files I mentioned in an earlier post and that's it (You may want to edit the flatten statement as well, especially if you like to fly to EDDL...)Cheers,Gosta.http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2betateam.jpg

I am sorry to say but if that is what EHAM looks like in the new scenery they releases, the defualt FS9 EHAM looks better.

Well at 220Mb, I won't be having anything to do with it unless a magazine like PC Pilot puts it on their cover CD.Note to developers, we don't all have broadband/hi-speed internet OK!

"Any chance of a fix to the AI-aircraft being sunken in EHAM ?" It called read the manual. The fix is there....
